About Me

Hello! I’m so glad you are here. If you don’t know me already, let me introduce myself. If you do know me, keep reading and you just might learn something new. 🙂

My awesome husband and I live in Utah with our spunky daughter and our three cats. We have been married for over 15 years and we both love books. I really struggled with reading in elementary school and never became a “reader”. However, my mom read children’s stories to us, even when we were teenagers, so I have always had a huge love for children’s books and story-telling.

When our daughter was one year old I learned about PaperPie. I saw their books and fell in love with how bright and fun they were! After much thought, I finally decided to give being a book lady a try. I knew I would at least be able to get lots of great books for our daughter. I had no idea I would end up falling in love with the business, growing a team, building a huge home library, and being able to use the extra income for amazing vacations. It turned out that being a Brand Partner for PaperPie was the dream job I didn’t know I needed.

Working for PaperPie has brought us so many opportunities; including our Little Free Library! Years ago when my husband and I first heard about the Little Free Library organization we knew we wanted to open our own one day. Once we got into our more permanent home and had the extra money, (thanks PaperPie!) we bought everything we needed to start our front yard library. It has been such a joy and it’s helping fulfill my husband’s dream of owning a book store.

When I’m not doing things with books, you can find me planning our next Disney vacation, eating chocolate, or hanging out with our daughter and cats.
